Shipments and returns

S.E.A. Stellaire Inc. provides nationwide delivery service so you don’t have to worry about shipping hassles. Each item you buy has its own shipping rate displayed upon checkout so you'll know how much your total purchase price would be. All you need to do is complete your transaction and wait for your items to be delivered right to your doorstep. Please note that surcharges may apply for areas that are out of the courier's delivery coverage.

When will I receive my order?

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

After you have successfully placed your order, one of our Online Sales Representatives will conduct a verification on your order for confirmation of payment (if you opted to pay via Bank Deposit). Otherwise, your order will be immediately processed upon confirmation of payment.

After successful verification, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame (after date of payment confirmation):

  • In Metro Manila Areas: 2 – 3 business days (except Sundays and holidays)
  • In Non-Metro Manila Areas: 3 – 5 business days (except Sundays and holidays)

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via JRS or LBC with tracking and drop-off without signature. Shipping fee varies depending on the location and weight of the product you wish to purchase. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Delivery lead time follows based on the courier's standard lead time.

 

Return Policy

Strictly no cancellation and return of purchased items. Once order has been shipped, cancellation or rearrangement of delivery point is already prohibited. Please call us or send us an email at inquiry@lampeberger.ph so we can advise our courier to stop the delivery ahead of time.
